Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Fluid trainer help

I see that Nashbar has their fluid trainers on sale, specifically: https://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?s...1sales@aol.com

Anyone ever used it? If so, how do you like it?

I have "Performances' version which is the exact same (different paint)....

I have over 4,000-6,000 miles on mine in the last couple years. (works good, not too loud)

Would LOVE to get a Computrainer, but I don't have an extra 1,600 dollars laying around.

I hear you. $1,600 would buy a decent bike.

1. Go to https://www.live.com
2. Search for Kurt Kinetic Road Machine
3. Click one of the links that says "Live Search cashback"
4. Find the cheapest auction with a "Buy It Now" option
5. Buy it and pay via Paypal
6. In two months you get 25% of the price back via Paypal

There is one there now for $270, which would make your next price about $200.
