So, is junior high going well for you? Other than a slight resemblance to Matthew Broderick, I didn't notice anything noteworthy. I was really impressed by his skills - and you know he had to take a lot of falls to get that good.

coldass 10-30-08 10:33 AM

He is a single-speeder...

permanentjaun 10-30-08 10:34 AM

The part where the front wheel spins is pretty badass.

DScott 10-30-08 10:50 AM

Is this one of those trick, eponymous threads?

bdcheung 10-30-08 10:59 AM

ok the part where the front wheel spins is SICK

Lennysody 10-30-08 11:05 AM

I'd say like a old harry potter hopped up on something...bike skillz?

I don't even want to think of the number of times he must've taken a hit to the jewels.

Randallissimo 10-30-08 11:29 AM

That just blows my mind!

K&K_Dad 10-30-08 11:29 AM

I thought you weren't allowed to touch the ground in a flatland competition.

cedricbosch 10-30-08 11:30 AM

I liked the part where he was riding his bike.

+1. Starts off pretty lame but made me want a trick fixed gear and some preppy clothes by the end of it.

Namenda 10-30-08 11:41 AM

Nice kickstand.

StephenH 10-30-08 11:50 AM

Well, he does seem to match the audience. Maybe he wears bluejeans and a baseball cap and puts a big ol' chaw in one cheek when he's not in France. Come to think of it, if Larry the Cable Guy could do all that bike stuff, it'd be even more impressive.

longbeachgary 10-30-08 11:53 AM

Geez, I can barely get the pedals to go round.

yeah - it reminded me of flatland bmx stuff. When you get someone who's truly good at that its very impressive.

cparekh 10-30-08 12:18 PM

As Darth Vader said, "Impressive. Most Impressive."

hollow 10-30-08 12:54 PM

Pretty spiffy, but why is this in the Road Cycling forum? I can think of many other that would be more appropriate...Advocacy and Safety for obvious reasons...BMX...Car Free Living as there's no way he can make enough doing this to afford a car...General Cycling Discussion...Singlespeed...or even the Tour de France forum, n'est ce pas? But Road Cycling?

caloso 10-30-08 12:57 PM

It's been done before.

mattm 10-30-08 01:02 PM

that's how seattle messengers ride

BarracksSi 10-30-08 02:50 PM

Wasn't he in Rad?

RacerOne 10-30-08 03:02 PM

Well, he certainly has skill.. but it left me waiting for a punchline that never came.

MikeLD 10-30-08 03:07 PM

When I saw the title of this thread I had to look ... just wanted to make sure it wasn't about me.
