Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

anyone in need of some seriously awesome ski/snowboard pants?

I just received a pair of Arcteryx Theta SV pants brand new in the mail, straight from GORE. These are a mens large that I was given but the only problem is I don't ski or snowboard and I live in Alabama. I planned on keeping them for backpacking but after trying them on briefly they seem like they would be rather impractical. These retail for like $425 and are the new Pro-shell fabric. Here is a link.

I though about e-baying them but figure I wouldn't get crap. I know this isn't a market place and I may get berated but does anyone wanna possibly trade for some nice bike schwag of similar value?

I could really use them. But I don't have much to trade or that type of money to spend. What or how much are you looking for them?

I could use anything from nice bars or stem or seatpost to a carbon crank. Anything slightly used that may be an upgrade to my Ultegra cr1.
