Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Bad coach

...maybe if I was paying him, he wouldn't be trying to pawn me off on the drunkity drunk neighbor girls who are trying to lure me over to take shots with them. He dropped me off over there once already tonight, but I snuck back home (two shots later) and he keeps telling me to go back. I have to get up at 4:00 to get to the mountains. WTF?!?!?! Sabatoge. My coach is trying to sabatoge me!

He's trying to get you drunk. Why? I have no idea, it doesn't really seem necessary.

Oh, and I predict this page going to 11 pages within 2 days.

Go!

Mine asked me to tag along for an 80 mile ride that includes a 35 mile hammerfest. I think I like your coach better right now

Shots of Jack Daniels seemed to do a world of good for Floyd. Perhaps that is the training your coach has in mind.

It's obvious that he doesn't support your cycling habit. You should pawn him off on This guy's girl and make me your new coach. Never mind the fact that I'm slower than you, don't have time to coach anyone (let alone ride enough), and that you could probably school me in anything riding related.

Oh shush. It has everything to do with my ROAD ride tomorrow and my coach who is trying to sabatoge it. If you don't like it, don't read it.

I looked at some of your posts. Seems you're a frequent "take it to foo'er" so I'm not longer irritated with you. You're just a grouch. Carry on.

Hey...I came home because they were all "bring George over" so I figured they were more interested in hanging out with him. He's not kidding though...legs up to...and she just moved back in because she broke up with her boyfriend. I should go console her. Huh?
