Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I think at this point it's quite arguable that a trip to Casa CAD atop Mt. Doom to ride with Pcad is a pilgrimage to BF Mecca.
Pics or it didn't happen.

Pretty post, but really the OP is just an elaborate excuse to not come down to MABRA land and ride with us.

I took some time to google Mt. Doom and this is what I came up with. Looks a lot more daunting than say Alp D'huez

I think I'll pass on the trek to the mecca.

Haha. It took Frodo a year to make it to Mt. Doom. Perhaps we can make it by next Thanksgiving.

Fixed.

Stay in Colorado, I think you have more impressive climbs there. Nevertheless, there is only One Mt. Doom on BF, and everybody knows it.
