Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Exercise Bike Opitons

I'm looking at buying a new bike to replace my 13 year old mountain bike that I have been using for exercise. I typically ride 8-15 miles per ride and the terrain is varied. Looking at possibly doing a MS 150 next year as well.

I have tried road bikes and I simply do not like the position I am in. I have the bike options down to 3 bikes:

Giant FCR 2

Cannondale Bad Boy

Cannondale Quick 4

I'd appreciate any advice on this matter and your thoughts in general on these bikes.
