Virtual reality cycling DVDs any good?
Newbie here wondering if these Dvds are worth it...I can only watch Gladiator, LOTR trilogy, 24, etc...so many times. If you like these, which ones do you use? Spinervals? Rides?

The Reno Riders videos look pretty good. I would be interested to know if anyone here has used them.

I have the spinervals virtual rides..one is almost 2 hours.
Real rides is cool (crit racing), but the effort isn't really calibrated for specific gear combos like Spinervals, they just give you indicators of what perceived effort you should be using.
Staring at coach Troy's ass for 2 hours is as exciting as it sounds.
