PI GTX shoes vs Shimano MW20

I'm in the market for some winter shoes. I've narrowed it down to the Pearl Izumi GTX and the Shimano MW80 (Was MW02 last year)

Pearl says their shoes have gore-tex and thinsulate in them but Shimano only says goretex. Does anyone know if the shimanos are just goretex and no extra insulation?

I'm the type of guy that my hands and feet are always cold so I need all the help I can get keeping my extremities warm. (those instant heat toe warmers are a life saver)

Two weeks later nobody answered this...I just ordered the MW-80s and they appear to have some degree of insulation, I haven't wore them outside yet so I can't say how much.

If you know your size already wiggle.co.uk had the MW80s (and the northwaves) pretty cheap.

I just bought the PI Barrier GTX a couple weeks ago. I have yet to use them below 40F, but from what I can tell, they seem very warm. They have two separate uppers attached to the same sole. The outer one has the GoreTex, and zips up with a velcro tab at the top. The inner upper has the Thinsulate, and closes with speed laces. My only complaint is the damned velcro wants to grab my socks and tights as I'm pulling them on.
