The Ksyriums can be ordered with either a Campy or Shimano compatible freehub. I think you'll want the ED10 version of the wheels.
According to Mavic's webpage

ROAD WHEEL COMPATIBILITY
Compatibility with 9 speed HG derailleur:
- Always use a M10 wheel.
- It is necessary to leave the positioning wedge delivered with the wheel in place on the free wheel body.
- Then mount a Shimano 9 speed cassette.
Compatibility with 9 or 10 speed ED derailleurs:
2 solutions:
- Use a Mavic® M10 wheel, remove the positioning wedge delivered with the wheel in place on the free wheel body, then mount a Mavic® M10 cassette, with black spacers for 10 speed, and yellow spacers for 9 speed.
- Use a Mavic® ED10 wheel and mount a ED10 cassette or ED9 cassette.

Mavic cassettes are muy muy expensive! A less expensive alternative is to get a Shimano compatible hub, a Shimano HG-50 or HG-70 cassette, or a SRAM cassette (it needs to be able to be completely disassembled) and a respacing kit from Wheels Mfg. I just did this on a set of Spinergy wheels, and it shifts beautifully. The other advantage of going this route is that if you are ever on a ride and you taco a wheel, anything with a Shimano hub (always available at any bike shop, or from support at events and races) will work as a spare.

I was referring to the first part where it says to mount a MAVIC M10 cassette. Either option isn't going to be cheap, and the extra measure of compatibility with many wheels gives my setup a slight advantage in real world riding, despite my initial reluctance to put non- Campy parts on my Bianchi.
