Castelli leg warmer sizing

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Castelli leg warmer sizing

i have just bought a pair of castelli nano legwarmers in size medium. they go all the way up my leg to just under my buttocks! still- they sag slightly- as if they are a bit too long.

is the small size any shorter in length? is it any less wide as well? i have rather large thighs for my size (5-7) and the mediums are already tight.

any help appreciated.
