Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Pearl Izumi Jacket

Does anyone have the Pearl Izumi Octane jacket? If so how warm is it? I have a feeling I won't use it often enough and would just be better off getting 2 Pearl P.R.O long sleeve jerseys. If I wear it and a short sleeve jersey for my 10 a.m rides I have a feeling I would be roasting by 1. I was just thinking it may serve me better since I could wear it maybe 2 days in a row with out washing it since its just an outer layer.
