What Bike "Toys" That Santa Is Bringing You?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Ms. Pcad got me the Pearl Izumi Shine booties with the LED lights in the back.

I like them. This does indicate that she may not be hoping I get hit by the bus in the dark so she can collect that life insurance policy after all.

Before every ride, look to see if the batteries are still in there.

"Ms."??

Anywho, stop trying to blame the fredliness of you & your gear on her.

The wife got me the Rapha/Rouleur Photo Annual- 2008 version even tho I pointed out last year's, which was a good bit cheaper, and "Dog in a Hat" by Joe Parkin.

Need to go get myself a new winter skullcap for under my helmet, and I am seriously debating buying a Planet X frame to stash away and build up slowly, as long as the $ is strong against the £...

I will have to keep that in mind.

Oh SantaANA (wife) also got me a cappuccino/espresso machine, SantaDAD got me a 2009 Centaur Cassette and Carbon RD as well as a cycling calendar, SantaMOM got me 2009 Carbon Centaur Ergo levers and a Carbon Centaur crank and SantaKEN (mom's husband) got me a Park TS-2 truing stand.

So basically I scored pretty big IMO and am a very lucky 35 yr old boy.
