105 Compatibility
I'm going to switch from a FSA triple crankset to an Ultegra double. I'm going to go with the Ultegra FD, but I'm hoping to retain the 105 lever set...which are not labeled "triple", unlike the current FD.
The current lever set is '09 105, currently running a triple FD. The big question is will they run a Ultegra double FD?
Thanks

Yes. I run an Ultegra SL double FD on my '08 105 shifters with a double crankset that I swapped from a triple.
It's also stated on the shimano website that 105 shifters are compatible with both double and triple setups.
