Thanks in advance, this program was recommended by a guy I ride with. I'd like to hear your opinions.

I've used Graeme's training series before. He is a pretty straightforward guy. I have the club membership, but honestly have not used it to the extent I should. I plan on utilizing it more in the coming months.
To give you an idea, I broke my wrist pretty badly in a crash in June. While recouperating, I was still planning on doing a 160 mile ride across the state that was scheduled for mid-July. I emailed Graeme for suggestions on what I could be doing to maintain fitness, and even take advantage of the situation to work on areas I might not normally work during the season. He found my phone number from my club membership, called me out of the blue, and spent about 30-45 minutes with me on the phone. He's a really good guy, and his training seems to work on the bike.

Thanks for the input. That phone call is impressive and it sounds like it has a lot of information to offer. I'll give it a try.

I use Cyclo-core, Cyclo-zen, and Cyclo-fuel. I have not paid to join the club.
I love the DVDs. Very useful for me. Using them last year kick-started my core. I never really got comfortable doing the sessions last year, but this year I can do them (still struggling) complete. Did all three Body Weight sessions yesterday and my legs are killing me.
Makes a huge difference when racing. I can feel it.
It's kind of been my secret weapon.
In Cyclo-fuel I picked up a simple methodology and rules to use when picking what to eat. I don't treat it like gospel or anything, but it gave me some saolid base information that I was able to use. I still cook at least 2 or 3 things from that cookbook every week.

I've been a roadie since the early 80's and all during that time I've actively sought out and studied the latest greatest ideas re: training and performance. I really thought I knew it all. Graeme's stuff taught me a ton of new stuff, and it all works.
Here's the best part: a lot of it goes solidly against conventional wisdom and internet gospel. That's the best part b/c you can tell people exactly what you're doing to get so much faster and they don't believe you.

It is very unusual for me to be provoked into posting a message on BF, but I feel I must answer a question about Cyclo-Club. I joined about four months ago. The difference the workouts have made to my riding performance has far exceeded the difference that changing to a CF frame made (and that DID make a difference). The spinning workouts and especially the Tuscany climbing session have completely changed the value gained from using my trainer. The techniques that are taught in the climbing bootcamp and climbing training plans have changed how I pedal. But best of all are the off the bike workouts to develop core strength. It really works. I've taken almost three minutes off my PB on my local (used to be 43 minute) mountain climb. And that has been with less riding. And I only feel I've scratched the surface of what Cyclo-Club has to offer.
