Definitely. New bike, all new kit. Thing is, I've been riding all winter (Salt Lake City)- and can't wait to get the new bike out on dry days. I can't wait for the season to get under way!

fauxto nick 01-20-09 11:01 PM

I just bought a pair of Sidi Ergo2's to reward myself for my first year of riding and I just got some Easton EA70s for x-mas.

I'll be getting my team kit in a few weeks so I doubt I'll be buying much more other than maybe swapping my triple to a double for racing, new pedals, and a professional fitting.

I would say I'd be buying at least one kit from Capoforma for the season but their 2009 Spring/Summer stuff SUCKS; well at least in pictures it does.

Not yet but I will be getting a whole new kit, bike, shoes, everything. Can't wait till tax money comes back, heck I haven't even got tax forms yet.

Team kit. Makes things pretty easy.

Agreed, now I'm pissed that I didn't get the warmers, hat, vest, and shoe covers because the team has turned out to be rad.

I pick up spring gear in fall. When it's on sale.

hammond9705 01-21-09 09:43 AM

I got the PI Gavia jersey for Xmas. It is very nice, I can wear it with just a warm base layer down to the low 30s. Liked it so much I got another on sale at Colorado Cyclist. I think they still have them, great deal for <$100.

DaveSSS 01-21-09 09:44 AM

I used some of the excess funds from my recent bike/car wreck to buy custom D2 shoes. Recently finished putting my LOOK 585 back together with Record 11 speed.

That just put me on rock rock big time.

Well, I'll be getting a new team kit (for a team I'm no longer racing for, but whatever) next week. I actually paid for it back in October or so. I hope to pick up some new pedals later this spring - I'm sick of riding MTB pedals on my road bike. I'll be getting Looks or SPD-SLs.

This is mighty red, I'm half expecing you to get a siren, strobing lights, and a dalmation .........

Overall I like it though, but it reminds me heavily of fire trucks.
