Everything they make is top quality. I have found the sizing runs really small. Suggest you call the seller about what size to order. Never have used the bibs, just jerseys and winter jackets. Good luck.

I called. I'm 6'3" and about 220-225. They said XXL but I don't know. I can return them if they don't fit I guess.

I purchased a pair of Exte Ondo Baromet bib tights at the first of December and, was pleasantly surprised with the quality, construction and fit. They are very meticulously thought out - yet there is a simplicity in their execution. I consider them my second best cycling related purchase that I made in 2008 (only beat out by a pair of 7850-24CL Shimano wheels). I like them a little better than my Asoss bibs but, these are good too.
I think the "XXL" is the proper size for you. I plan on adding a pair like these as we get closer to Spring.
Verdict: Go for them.

I've been wearing Exte Ondo bibs for the past 5 years or so, they're difficult to find but worth it.
At less than $150 I'd say the price is pretty good.
as noted they are cut very small (think spanish mountain goat rider sized) I wear a 31inch waist and
am 5'8" and had to order a large in the Etxe bibs.
Another shop that used to carry a lot of Etxe is Bicycling Hub in Portland.

Anyway, it seems that as of late, I've seen this as the Exte Ondo sizing chart for bibs:
Men's Sizing Chart
Small
Med
Large
XL
XXL
XXXL
Shorts/Bibs/Knickers
WAIST
26-28 28-30 31-33 34-36 36-38 39-42
I went ahead and ordered a pair of large knickers and should get them on Monday. I'll update this thread then w/ some feedback then.

i had some exte ondo bibs a few years back. they were very comfortable (perhaps the most comfortable i have ever used) but 3 got returned for problems with the stitching coming apart at the chamois. at the time they were their top of the line bib. they do run small.
i have used assos in the past and like them very much. the build quality is good but my last few pairs were not durable enough to justify the price. i still have all my assos jerseys though
it is worth looking at louis garneau, the carbon line. they are durable and comfortable and more reasonably priced. one of mine was made in the usa and the other in canada

I'm 6'2.5" and 170ish - XL in Etxe Ondo. I could probably pull off Large as well. You'll have no trouble with XXL I'd say - go for it. No offense to the Assos folk but I tried some FI:13 S5's yesterday and the pad felt like a joke compared to the Etxe Ondo golden chamois - it seemed unnecessarily complex (note that this means almost nothing since I did not actually ride a bicycle with the Assos bibs on). My EO bibs make me feel like I'm naked... seriously. No annoyingly small leg grippers, straps that do their job but don't dig into your shoulders, amazing chamois - what more do you need?

I knew you were going to highlight that, Botto! I ordered some Uno S5's yesterday so soon my butt will really be able to compare the two brands. I've read here that the Unos are drastically different from the 13's but I'm not made of money and with the ****ty exchange rate the Unos were under $100 on Ribble.

+ Keeps pad in place, enhancing comfort.
- Complicates bathroom stops.
Most people never go back to shorts once they've plucked up the courage to try bibs.

Exte Ondo is good stuff. I've owned a couple of bibs and shorts and they were great. What some of the other posters said about them running small is correct. I've found that Castelli run small but Exte Ondo run even smaller.

Exte Ondo makes good stuff. Their jackets are second to none. The workmanship on their bibs is superior thought the chamios could be better.

I got my "Skal" knickers today and the fit is great: smooooth and comfortable throughout w/ no pulling or pressure points at all on the shoulders, taint/ nether regions. A quick 15 minute night ride tells me the "Golden Chamois" is a winner. They'll get a good test ride this weekend. They receive a Celticfrost Initial Quality Rating of a 9.5. We'll see how they do in the long term, but I'm already liking them as much (or maybe even more) than my Assos' and DeMarchi's.
