I dread the day my DA 7900 rings are shot. That's a lotta coin.

wanders 08-30-10 07:36 AM

Thinking ahead. I refuse to have to sit on my trainer all winter this year.

it's the same reason they don't sell 3-wheeled atv's anymore.

Flatballer 08-30-10 10:54 AM

Oh yeah. You kinda tip it forward and then over?

shovelhd 08-30-10 11:07 AM

My daughter broke her collarbone on a little training wheel bike like that, right in the driveway. Go fast, turn left. She wanted back on it when we came back from the doctor's. Woah there girl.

^^wanting to get back on... super cool^^

I loved those learning to ride days with my daughters. I remember one year I'm out with my youngest (9-10years at the time) in the winter. We're both on SS mtb, and I've taught her how to ride the snow and ice pack on the BL and how to pick and the best line. We go out and on the way back through the dicey section she rides right through the worst section with a few adults walking their mtbs past it. I was so proud.

For the Record.....Daughters are very Expensive.....she melts my heart. But she is 4 and already, we are seeing the expenses rise....in comparison to our 13 year old son, who is a lot less "needy".

Ordered these fenders for the fall/winter rain bike with minimal room under the brakes . . gotta gear up for the NW rain season . . I've heard good things about these fenders, but have not used them yet. Hope they work out.

That's what I hear but still... I have a 11-year old son. His needs centers around Xbox 360, Halo Reach, etc...

My latest purchase was a 2010 Liquigas team kit. My first complete kit purchase.
