I replaced my rear Ultegra cog set from a 12/24 to a 12/27 on my Cannoondale R2000. Small cahnge but big results when climbing. I found a site where I can bump it up to a 12x30. I am just trying to justify in my mind the $99 to do so, so soon after. By the Spring, I will be making the change. Climbing is so much improved.

full carbon saddles I can understand being comfortable.
But a saddle with a bunch of sharp edges on it? No freaking way that thing is comfortable. I'll be interested to hear. |

Wheels arrived. Now waiting for my Continental GP4000S from PBK, and cassettes from LBS. Sigh...so much waiting.

The beginnings of my winter commuting/training bike. 2006 Giant OCR2. It will have full fenders and maybe a rack since the carbon fork has eyelets. I'll ride the Xero wheels until they destroy themselves and replace them with something more suitable later. I'm looking for a 100mm 6 degree stem, a used 143 Toupe, and a set of Speedplay Zeros. I have a Magicshine 900 kit ready to go.
