My wife has been using that same rack for years and it has worked great. Some dork liberated us of the lock bolt that keeps the rack up about a month ago. PB is going to see if they can get a replacement. May want to keep it in the glove box when riding.. sad because only a bike rider would steal it...

Wanted a wider bar so I ordered this in gold :)

Now all you need now is one of these to mount it to the bike

Ordered mine yesterday to hold an older Timex GPS watch I have. Now I'll be able to see speed, elapsed time, distance, and cadence all at the same time. On two screens though.

I finally sold the other bike and I combined that with a little bonus I received from the employer and then took the plunge. Took her for a bit of a ride yesterday and came away with the initial impression that this is like riding with rear suspension compared to the old Madone. So far itís living up to all the hype. I am a happy man!!

Sold the cages and the Look Keos' too so decided to try the Look Keo 2 Max and these cages from BBB. Im living my deam folks.....:thumb:

My old shoes wouldn't unclip this morning. Trying to get the shoe unclipped the cleat spun around 180, needed replacement shoes asap and bought these. Tried them out on the trainer at home, so far they feel comfortable.

Sweet. I think those are pretty much identical to my 3-year old S-works shoes. And in black!

Bought this bad boy today.
After test riding: Specialized Roubaix, Sectuer and Tarmac, Felt z85, Salsa Pistola, Giant TCR C2, Gary Fisher Cronus, Jamis Xenith.

The geometry fit me perfectly. It feels very light and responsive and just a lot of fun to ride. I also really really like the Double Tap from the Apex as well as the wider gear range from climbing.

The Masi Evo' Apex was my choice. Super excited to ride this all Summer :-)

Yeah, it was kind of a splurge for me too. I had every intention of buying the 500, but I'm moving to a new area next month and the mapping/navigation features lured me in...

Do yourself a favor and cut off the obnoxious white tag after you confirm that it fits. I took one ride with that tag and I wanted to rip it out the whole time.

Otherwise, not bad for 50 dollar bibs.

If bought a new Bike Online Last Year from an outfit in Texas called Texas Cyclesport, not only did they have the best price, they where fast on delivery and gave the Best Customer Service, before, during and after the sale. The sizing was right-on. The sales guy was very helpful polite something you do not see these days.

Would use and recommend these guys and would over and over again. A+

I will make sure to do that. First ride with them will be tomorrow.

Just got some old wheels..

New Old Wheels by Benji Reynolds, on Flickr

Had to change out the cassette body, axel, add a spacer, and then redish the rear wheel to get my 10 speed cassette to work.

Mike F 06-03-11 11:02 PM

Waiting for me when I got home :)

Installed new cassette (keeping old whells as beaters).

(Stem height is a work in progress so I will cut it when I find the right height)

eric_the_poor 06-04-11 12:18 PM

Ordered the Nashbar special 20-spoked front wheel, was that wrong? I don't plan to use it for too long

Mr 53x11 06-05-11 09:17 AM

My new 2011 Felt F3. I did flip the stem, that's how it got like this :-) It came with white bar tape, which stayed clean for about 2 minutes.
