I just ordered new CAPO Padrone kit from Competitive Cyclist today on sale.
I also had a 20% off coupon so it came out to 45% off including shipping.
Sweet!

The ladies will become moist when they see me ride by in this.

Yeah baby, who's your CAPO?

My LBS owner gave me an "oh, what the hell we've had this sitting around forever" price of $100.

First CF bike. And I have a groupset and wheels waiting for a frame!

The steal of the week! You need to post pics when you get it built up and on the road. Which groupo? Congrats.

Uvex Boss Race.

215 grams

http://www.bti-usa.com/pictures/1X/1X8006155.JPG

Tried three different Giros including the Prolight, Atmos, and Aeon. I could not get comfortable in any of them.

The Uvex Boss Race fits my head perfectly and is the most comfortable helmet I have tried to date.

Love the strap adjustment and the buckle mechanism. And lightweight! :thumb:

Replaced a 1.5 year old Bell that was heavy and not very well ventilated. It was cheap though!

I have one of those pumps and it's a good pump, but what pissed me off about this pump is that after I bought it I discovered they had a pressure hose with a built in gauge...for another $22!! What the heck, why didn't they just use the gauge hose and not even bother with the none gauged hose? So you spend $40 (I got mine on sale for $32) then you have to spend another $22 if you want the gauge so now the pump will cost $62??!! Plus another $10 for additional mounting brackets! So instead of ordering the gauge hose and the bracket I instead ordered a Topeak Road Morph G that comes with a gauge built into the pump for $25...that's cheaper then the gauge hose and the extra bracket from Lezyne.

I forgot to mention some things. Both pumps, the Lezyne and the Topeak got rave reviews, so both are excellent pumps and I can attest to that. The Lezyne looks nicer and is a bit lighter plus the hose is contained inside the pump thus it looks neater. However after just receiving the Topeak a couple of days ago and trying it out , the Topeak actually seems to inflate tires a bit better which honestly surprised me. But as mentioned the price of accessories is what turned me off initially, and now the inflation capability is better with the cheaper Topeak pump.

I say save your money and get the Topeak unless looks and/or weight is more crucial for you.

markrj, that Uvex is pretty light, ain't it? I'd try one on if I find it -- sometimes I wish my S-Works had a bug net.

My most recent noteworthy purchase:
https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=83274
https://static.garmincdn.com/en/prod...40/g/cf-lg.jpg

I've used it almost every day over the past two weeks, but only twice on the bike -- the rest of the time it's been for cardio or circuit workouts. Pretty cool early Christmas present from the wife. :thumb:

Just bought a Yakima roof rack and carrier, once I realized, the hard way, that our tandem won't fit into our CR-V, no how, no way, and sticks out way too far on a rear carrier. Kind of painful to spend more on a rack than I spent on my primary road bike (1997 Trek 1200)

Thanks. I thought so too.

On aside note, mail man just dropped these off to me for my other bike. :D
