unforunately it comes with a compact crane and normal wheels, so I will have to save up for upgrades at some point.

I assume that you were referring to the jersey without the "H" for Philippines? Its spelled as PILIPINAS on the jersey. :)

I just bought a Garmin 510 to replace my 500, for $86 out of pocket.

$86 to upgrade to the new model sounds like a good deal to me. My 500 was out of warranty, so the upgrade is cheap IMO.
