Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Just started in on this hobby / sport a week and half ago so my list of most recent items is quite long and it seems every day this week I've bought something. Most recent was today I picked up 2 performance club II Jersey for $19.99 each plus 30% off and 2 pair of performance elite shorts for $44.99 each plus 30% off. Still feel like there's a TON more I need.

I just saw the sizing chart right after my post Cheers!

How does one get the new customer discount code; do they give it to you just by signing up as a member? I'm a new customer!

Had to return. The sleeves are the new long and aero style. I got my jersey yesterday (Bought 2 sizes and would return the smaller of the two) and the sleeves were waaaaay to snug. I could pull them up enough to zip it up, but because I went a size up there were ripples in the zipper and I hate that. Tried on the smaller one but I couldn't even get the sleeves past my forearms. Very disappointed because I love the design and the material of these. Sent back today and going to save up for some giordana forma red

Well crap, now I can't find it but googling "pro bike kit coupon code" does pop up a few depending on how much you spend. "comeback15" used to give you 15% off

Got them at bike-discount.de. Paid 29 Euros each, which is about 38$.

Thanks. They have some good prices on that site but they charge a significant amount for shipping to Canada so I'll probably go with PBK.

Yeah, they usually sell out the same day. I've seen non purist bottle ones too, but they're not as nice.

Just got a new saddle, a Selle Italia Flite Flow. Really excellent quality. It's going to replace the stock Prologo Kappa on my CAAD. Did my first ride with it today and what a difference! No numbness at all. I think this might be the perfect saddle for me.

Packaging says 210 grams, but it comes in at 205 grams.

Kool Stop Brake Pads

Shimano R320E bought and returned. The "Dynalast" did not work for me. Much prefer the Specialized shoes.
