Well, what does $200 get you? Will it be a cookie cutter program or personalized w/ weekly/monthly follow ups? You might want to do some research on his/her racers - their results will tell you if he/she's worth it.

Practice on a trainer, or parking lots a few times, & try not to think/over think it.
It come natural, just like taking you foot off a platform pedal.

No trainer so it will be against the fence for a while before going out to the street (not much traffic and I can ride in circles. Hopefully there will be no issues, seems like all the cool people are doing it so I should be able to figure it out...unless I've become much less athletic in my old age (a possibility).

Seriously the only worry I have is screwing up my knee in a moment of panic...the last thing I need is another knee operation. As a result there will be lots of supported clipping in and out before the local road and a lot more before going where cars roam

Looks nice! I dig the color

Have have a fairly large noggin, but the Giro Prolight didn't fit me properly. I found that MET fit great, & my newest Specialized Prospero II fits nice too. Going to put my spesh away since its getting cold. I'll have to try out a UVEX too.

i've never worn anything but Giro, but I'd definitely consider this!! I'm diggin it!!

Giro doesn't fit me all that perfect, I've had a couple.

Spesh Prevail (lightest of my bunch) and Prospero are a good fit, I have both. But they're more fugly than the typical fugly helmet, and for some reason the closure/tightening loosens up on occasion.

Have been on Rudy Project lately, and that fits my bulbous noggin well...but the closure dial leaves a little to be desired.

So I'll try this Uvex, which is "so far, so good" and perhaps a tad less fugly given less mass on the back end...and it has a non-flashy non-red alternative to pure black color scheme...

I needed a shorter crank arm for my incredibly bad knee so I bought this, 2.5mm shorter.
