Bars went on my Wilier Zero.6 to replace Schmolke TLO's. I needed narrower bars w/ less reach. These were the only bars that came close to the TLO (which was 146 g).
Top cap will go on the zero.6 and the clavicula preload cap actually goes on the other bike that had the clavicula classic cranks. The zero.6 has the Clavicula SE cranks.

New bike
the chief financial officer and I decided that my old 2012 motobecane fantom cx commuter was due for an upgrade.
So I picked up my Salsa Journeyman 650b sora. I swapped the 650bx2.1 Nano tires to WTB Byway 650x47. The bike shop added my old rack and tomorrow is my first commute. I have yet to add fenders to it.

^^ There's nothing wrong with that right there.
Well done. The color is superb and the duck is a nice touch.

@RidingMatthew, I really like that. I looked it up, and list price is only $1,099. Is the frame aluminum? Not that it matters.

thanks @TimothyH
The duck was laying in the yard for a while (it was my sons) i put it on my bike and he stills asks me why i have his duck on my bike. It is motivation to ride to even when it is duck weather haha. I got a pirate duck to add to it at the beach last year but haven't gotten around to it. The color is the only option for that model but at first I wasn't keen on it but I really do like it. It really looks sharp in the sun this morning riding in.
@noglider yes the frame is aluminum and fork is carbon. I was looking at a midnight special but could not get one of those until late October or so. read one person say on a review of this bike that is the midnight special for half price. With the rack and pedals it weighs in around 27lbs with isn't too bad. This one was at a local shop and it fit me. I bought the tires and they swapped the tires for commuting duty and put my rack on it.
i watched the pathlesspedaled youtube review and he said you would not be able to tell much difference between the two materials.
I have to say the commute this morning was so nice. 62F and sunny. Tires roll smooth and it is geared lower than my old commuter so I am not struggling up the hills as much.

Yeah, I've looked at the Isadore website often and am looking forward to checking out the quality. $75 is a good price for wool. Really wanted the yellow but out of stock. Tracking says it should be here today so I'll be able to report back.

Tim, please let us know. My wife likes to wear 100% merino wool shirts year round. She says she might like a wool cycling jersey, but it's hard to find any that are cut for women, and she doesn't look so good in a men's jersey. These Isadore jerseys are only 36% wool, and that might be just fine, so I'm interested in hearing what you think.

Heh. No, I'm asking what he thinks of his men's jersey, i.e. the fabric and fit. But never mind. I sent the link to my wife, and she said they're not appealing to her. I found a company in Europe that has some, and there is Rapha. That's all, as far as I can find.

Are you looking for 100% merino or merino blends? I can't recall any 100% off the top of my hear, but there are a ton of merino blends out there.

For the record, this is the Isadore Signature from Wiggle.
wiggle.com | Isadore Signature Short Sleeve Jersey | Short Sleeve Jerseys
The jersey is super soft and somewhat stretchy for wool. It has the same feeling as a wool sweater, something you don't want to be incredibly rough with. Even so, workmanship seems top notch. Seams, zipper, etc are stitched nicely as shown. Front and back are the thicker wool textile while the side panels and sleeves are a thinner, stretchier fabric.
This isn't a racing jersey. For example, the cuffs on the sleeve are doubled over and substantial. It is going to be really nice with a long sleeve base layer on a crisp autumn day. It feels like a comfy sweater. I'd wear this if I had to ride to Church, to the coffee shop after work. Or on a date.
Size seems much closer to street clothes than some of the racing focused gear out there. I take a large t-shirt and this large jersey fits nice but is not tight at all except around the arms a little. My biceps are average. I would say it fits very true to street clothes.
@noglider - you and I discussed wearing cycling clothes during non-cycling activities. This is definitely a piece I would not be uncomfortable with outside of a cycling setting.
Everyone loves photos so...

Thanks, @TimothyH.
And @WhyFi, I don't know for sure if my wife would like a merino blend. Probably. Pure merino or blend, what women's jerseys do you know of? As I said, I've only found two sources.
