Some cheap Tiagra 10-speed shifters and derailleurs, so I can convert my old Felt Z1 frame into a backup/rain/Zwift bike:

Still in sticker shock from buying a pair of Conti 5000 AS TRs tubeless. This is after my relatively new (maybe 20 rides) Schwalbe Pro One suffered a catastrophic puncture. Cant plug it.
