Shimano XC5
love the new designs for 2018

Just received a bunch of accessories in anticipation of my N+1:
1) Topeak HybridRocket HP pump (yet another pump, why??? I just bought another Topeak pump less than a month ago!!! )
2) Cateye Rapid X2 rear light, plus the accessory to attach it to a sharp aero seatpost
3) Topeak Mini 20 Pro multitool
4) Castelli Race Rain Bag so that I can organize all the lights, pumps and misc crap that I have collected

eh.. nothing I carry in a saddle bag needs to be protected from water. not worth the hassle (ie. over-engineering), excess layers, and complexity to me. Even the marketing talks about keeping bike tools and spare tubes dry.. really?

Purchased some Pro Vibe Aero 42cm handlebars. They won't get here until mid to late December however.

But to be honest the thing that mostly attracted me to the Arkel was the ability to easily remove & search the contents without unstrapping the bag from the saddle. That's a godsend.

I'm not much into multi-tools, but when I saw the Park MT-1, I got one for my toolbag. Pretty useful.

A Topeak Road Morph bracket, so I can stop having to throw my pump into my trunk bag or strap it to my gravel bike, when I'm not using the road bike.
And crap, I meant to order 2 of them instead of just one. DOH!

Put the new shoes together. Think it came together nicely. First set of Corsas or Vittorias in general, loving the ride feel and grip so far.

Just ordered a 6-pack. Had to destroy one yesterday removing a chain from my Supercourse. It didn't want to play nice. I've never had a problem with them before.

Do you have one of these? They can be useful to release stubborn Missing Link sets. I got one since I use KMC chains and Missing Links on all my bikes.
