Litespeed Ultimate
I have been back into road cycling for about two years putting in about 6,500 miles/year. During that time, I have picked up "a few" bikes to reacquaint myself with the sport, teach myself bike mechanics, and because they are my toys.
My favorite of the bunch, both to ride and to admire as it hangs from the ceiling is my 1998 Litespeed Ultimate. The Ultimate deserves all of the overused adjectives used to describe crit bikes and has a history with a good deal of panache. This was a very special bike in the Litespeed stable.
How many of you are still riding Ultimates? Post your pics.

Nice bikes....what's up with slamming the saddle so far forward? That is a, well, non-traditional road riding position.

1993 Ultimate
Bought my 93 Ultimate on Ebay in 2010, equipped with (well-used) 1998 Campy Record Carbon/Ti gruppo. $1700.
Don't want to come off as a fanboy, but this bike is really the ultimate expression of a crit/road bike in my experience. Stiff yet supple, accelerates and climbs like a Ferrari, fast as heck, quick but stable carver, long distance comfortable, and a lovely object d'art.
Now equipped with Ksyrium Elites, Thompson post (old seatpost clamp slips on anything else), Terry Dragonfly saddle, SRAM Red gruppo, Easton EA90 Superlite fork (aluminum steerer), King headset, Pro composite stem, Easton EA90 carbon bars. No idea what it weighs; it is light enough for me.
It is my princess bike; seldom ridden in the wet, stored in a place of honor, always clean and ready to go. If you can find one, grab it. You won't regret it. A timeless classic, and a lifetime bike.
