St-7800 & st-7801
Whats the difference between Dura Ace 7800 and 7801 shifters? I was going to order new face plates for mine that have been whooped on in crashes and I noticed they have 7800 and 7801 options to choose from.

I was going to say "double vs triple," but now that I think about it, triples are 7803 I believe.

you need 7800 then

the face plates and reach adjusting shims are not interchangeable.
