+1 on Speedplay Zero. More adjustable than Look Keo or Shimano SPD-SL. A lot less work to set-up, anything from zero float or a lot of float or anything in between. Overall best road pedal on the market today, IMO. Not perfect, far from it, but still the best. Cromoly Speedplay Zero is relatively affordable.

I have been riding/racing LOOK for 20 years.
It would be hard for me to imagine my foot in a different pedal.
