Summer Gloves and new wheels

looking for new summer gloves-used to use Trek Moby Gel so need something like that (with some cushioning)

Also want to swap out my Trek Madone wheels for Mavic-which ones are worth it and what is cost?

Check ebay for the wheels. I just ordered a new Mavic Aksium wheelset for less than $200 shipped.
