PedalForce RS2 brake cable grinds

I'm trying to install the rear brake cable on my RS2, but it seems that the cable grinds against the inside wall of the standoffs on the underside of the top tube. I tried using some metal cable ends that I received from probikekit for my Ultegra groupset, but the cable is still misaligned. Is there a part specifically for the RS2 frame to center the brake cable as it passes through the standoffs?

Also I tried to get to the PedalForce website but it seems to be down at the moment.

Does this mean that the little groove the cable passes through is not centered, or not sufficiently long for the cable to pass through uninterrupted?

The cable housing should run into the standoffs. The SRAM cable kit I got as part of the group buy last year had some hard plastic adapters/shims that fit over the end of the housing and make a tight fit in the ferrule.

hi haimtoeg and yogi13, the ferrule for the brake cable doesn't want to fit snugly into the standoff. I mean, I can jiggle the ferrule around a bit, and I think the ferrule is tilted sideways due to the way the cable wraps around the head tube from the right shifter. I guess the problem would be fixed if the ferrule had a larger diameter or the standoff had a smaller diameter, but the ferrule fits snugly onto the (Shimano SLR) brake cable housing. It definitely is the SLR brake cable housing and not the thinner SIS gear cable housing. So I was thinking maybe it's an issue with the PedalForce frame that requires a special adapter?

Here are two pics from slightly underneath and directly underneath the standoff. The silver ferrule doesn't seem large enough to press snugly inside the standoff. You can see the cable in contact with one side of the standoff.

I think I'd take the frame to your LBS and see if they have something that would fit the standoff a little tighter. Like I said, the SRAM cabling and ferrule fit tightly on my RS2; they might have something hanging around that would work.
