Does anyone have info on this bike (or frameset)?

It's the charge skewer. i'm perpetually shopping for a titanium road frame, and this one recently caught my eye.
I saw a review pricing it at 1700 pounds; is this still the case? i can't find it for sale anywhere..
emailed the builders; no response.
