Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Cycleops Cervo 2.4 Pro

I am in the market for a new computer and eventually a PowerTap. Since I can not splurge on the PowerTap right now, I was curious if anyone has any feedback on the Cervo 2.4 PRO?

Is it worth investing in the Cervo 2.4 knowing that hopefully by the end of the year I will move into a PowerTap or should I just buy a cheap computer and upgrade all at once? Are there any potential issues with going with the Cervo 2.4 that anyone knows of?

I think the computer is overpriced; I'd just wait it out.

Unless you can pick one up on Ebay with a Hr strap and harness, all you'll need is the hub and download cradle.
