I found this 2004 Specialized Allez on craigslist and he seems to have barely ridden it and selling it for $700. It fits me and all so thats is not the problem, its just is it a good price?

With advanced stealth technology like that, it's worth it.

He doesnt know much about the bike (which means I dont know much about it either)
all he has told me is its a 2004 frame, look pedals, and he has rarely ridden the bike.

Ad says $750. Depends on components really. If it's a full 105 grouppo and is in good condition run ivwould agree to it being worth it. If it's re base model, retail on a brand new one is $880, so you could probably get a new 08 or 09 for $800.

Even if he doesn't know much about it, he can look at the RD and tell you what model it says on it before you go check it out.

Not worth it. It's the base model with Sora. You can get a new one for $800. Offer him $500.
