Carbon frame + China = $400
I ran across this ebay seller today who has a ton of carbon frames, fork, and seatposts listed for $400.
I'm not in the market, but I'm curious. Has anyone purchased and built up one of these frames? How has the bike performed?
Seems sketchy... so sketchy.
p.s. the fork looks like a pinarello fork!

there are several other threads that have been hashed (and rehashed) about this same seller and those bikes on Ebay...

why not wait for a pb group buy, it may be twice the price but it comes with a 5 year warenty. buying those cf frames on ebay is like burning money. but happens on the first crash. most of my lbs are funny about working on nonbrand name bikes/parts. btw people have built up these frames and people claim they work great and have no flex even after thousands of miles.

I have one similar; the Bottecchia CF78 frame. I've been very satisfied with it, for the price. No problems, and I've had it about 18 months. Sure I'd love to have one of the high dollar poseur frames, but this one rides just fine for me. Allows me to save some money for a nice lugged Waterford or something else custom down the road.
