Do cleats come with screws?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Do cleats come with screws?

Pardon my ignorance,

I just purchased a set of Shimano road shoes. They look like a ton of fun and I can't wait to use them. I poached a set of old, heavy (244 grams per pedal) LOOK pedals from my roommate's parts bin, and am going to buy a set of LOOK delta cleats and covers from PBK:

The pictures show no screws! I see PBK also sells screws (https://www.probikekit.com/display.php?code=A1174) but they say they are 'long' screws for shoes like SIDIs that need them, which implies that maybe the cleats come with 'regular' screws for regular shoes? Do I need to buy anything else?

or should I just say screw it (teehee) and drop the $110 on a set of ultegra SPD-SL pedals....? Keeping in mind, of course, I'm riding a '87 Miyata 512 that I originally paid $100 for...
