Actually you know who has the best nutritional chart surprisingly? Chipotle, it's listed by ingredient! |

and yes- when I could afford Subway I was hitting it like a fat kid at a bacon buffet. |
Taco bell is better and cheaper, especially if you stick with bean burritos.

If you're worried about money, then why are you doing fast-food ? Hit the deli & bakery departments at the supermarket.

General Mills published a study that said buying food at the supermarket/grocery store saves money in the long run compared to the convenience of fast food/TV Dinners.
If I had the link I'd post it. But it was something I read months ago and found very interesting. |
for $2 more, I just went to the Italian market and got an awesome prosciutto and fresh mozarella with tomato sammich on some badass italian bread. Soooooo good.

So beyond erroneous I can't even figure out where to start.
If you really want to splurge, the 7 layer burrito is a thing of beauty. More hot sauce please!! |
Guys ease off I probably make more of my meals at home than 98% of people my age, I'm just saying if you don't have time to throw together some dinner or lunch (I personally have to make my lunch and dinner before work 4 days a week and bring it to work due to my weird hours) it's a really really good deal.
