Help Conversion Question

Road Cycling It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle. -- Ernest Hemingway

Help Conversion Question

I'm looking at picking up a Caad3 locally for $250 which seems like a decent price, but it currently has aero bars with twist shifters on it. How hard is it to convert back to something with brifters, just a matter of buying the components and swapping them over? Can this be done fairly cost effectively? Thanks.

Haha, thanks for the in depth answer

As far as the Mystic, I'm not sure, I'm currently in SD for school, but I'll have to catch a couple shows while I'm home for the summer
