Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Scott Speedster and 28mm tires

Does anyone know if the 09 Scott Speedsters can handle 28mm tires? I looked on their website and didn't see anything in the specs for tire sizes. I'm looking at both the s30 and s40

28cm

I have mounted and road 28cm tires on my Cervelo RS. I didn't have any problems, but I put the 23 cm back on my bike after a few weeks. The Continental 28 cm tires seemed heavy. I though about using them for touring and I might still do that. I am also thinking about trying 25 cm tires.
