Speedplay ad?
Anyone else think the latest Speedplay ad misses the mark? If you hadn't seen it, it's a single pedal with a flame coming off of it. Not exactly the image I want to think about in a pedal. Any other similar ads that come to mind?

Pealt Izumi's 'We Will Not Yield' campaign...I hated it.
The Flash-heavy site is down too. I guess other's didn't like it as well either. |

Doubly so as it seems you are not the type to spend $600+ on a set of pedals. Finally, do you seriously think your pedal is going to catch on fire? Or do you not understand the imagery Speedplay was intending ("This pedal is HOT!") |
when i see the ad i think of hot spots on my foot which i definitely dont want as a result of pedals. not good.
