Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Spanish Champion, Super Record

As pictured it weighs in right at 15lbs - my guess is that with the 202 Zed's I'll be closer to 14.5lbs.

Not personally a big fan of the colors, but that's a very nice build. Way out of my price range.

Now go ride it like it's meant to be ridden.

Plenty of miles are in its future - no garage queens/trophy bike's here although my SL2 will likely see less miles for a while.

terrain,
Nice bike.

How tall are you and what size is that frame? Looks like a 57.5cm. I would guess you have long legs/shorter torso.

Are those Conti sprinters? Gommitalias will so improve the roll, buy pricey.....looks like that shouldnt be an issue.

Agree - its good or bad depending on if you wanted it a bit more muted. That was actually the part I was pleasantly surprised by -- the vibrancy in 'real' of the colors. I can pay it forward when I do another bike - say naked carbon.

Bob - sounds like you know your Pin frames - 57.5 it is and with the size of the bike I was satisfied with 15lbs total. - I expected I'd need the one larger since I usually ride a 61 but was fit at two shops and 57.5 it was. You are right on - long legs, med torso 6'2.5 or 6'3. Yep - running Sprinters but have a set of Gommitalias on order - I heard from others they are great and plan to put them on the Zed's.

Record cages are known to break. Might look good on the show bike but functionally they suck.
