Which frame is this an ebay knock-off of?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I know the other very common listed frame is very Kuota Kredo-esque, which one does this "inspiration" from?

pinarello style fork... tubing around the seatpost looks kinda strange. I wouldn't call it a knock off... just a cheap oem carbon frame

You can get it with a straight blade also. This is the other one I'm talking about. Reason I ask is because I may pull a big faux pas and badge a knock off bike and ride it around. I don't care.

Kredo-esque.

Yes, it is nerdy. I mean, I noticed that too, but only long after admiring this particular model's...um...selling points/attributes.
