This is a friend of mine going up ahead of me, up the Asherton Bank way. It's a 25% grade and I found it difficult to walk up nevermind ride.

Training ride earlier this year:
Seeing the scenery you all have compared with what I've got to deal with is sort of depressing... Makes it sort of hard to get out and ride sometimes when all you've got to look forward to is endless cornfields. Time to move!

Where in Wales is this? Brecon Beacons? My in-laws are in South Wales, and every time I visit, all I can think is that it would be insane to ride on those country roads with 10ft hedges and no line of site around those meandering turns, especially when trucks come barreling by.
