no legged pedal drills
So I'm sitting around today, on my bike (LOL, get it?!), pedaling away. "Damn," I think to myself, "this pedaling ****e chews grundle." So I think to myself, well, when you're doing base training, you don't indulge in anaerobic workouts because it limits the amount of aerobic fitness you can gain. That being the case, why the feck don't I try no legged pedal drills, in order to maximize the training time I have on my bike while minimizing fatigue?!?!?! ITS ****ING BRILLIANT! I have unlimited stamina for training both my aerobic and anaerobic systems, and I don't think I'll ever go through another chain again.
