Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

The Los Angeles Times of California, USA had an interesting revieve of a range of road bikes. The artical may be most interesting to newbees and people without too much to spent since it reviews quite a range. See:

i took the time to register and i found the article to be weak and pretty thoughtless. i wouldn't recommend taking the time to register just for this article alone - it only hits on four random bikes at prices going up in $600 intervals. you'd be very unlikely to be considering any two of these bikes and if you recognized which one was more like what you were looking for then you already probably know more about shopping for a new bike than the article can tell you.
