Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Hesitating between a Devinci Silverstone SL2 and a Trek 1.5

Hi,

I've been searching for a new bike, since my k2 astral got stolen a few days ago.

After a many bike shops, the 2 bikes that got me interested are the Devinci Silverstone SL2 and Trek 1.5.

Silverstone SL2
Trek 1.5

Both have sora shifters.
The SL2 have a 105 rear and r443 front derailleur, compared to the 1.5 with a Tiagra rear and Sora front derailleur.

After a evening of thinking about it, I can't decide which one seem better.
I think the derailleurs of the SL2 are better, but since I dont know much about bikes components the rest of it might be worst than the one on the Trek 1.5.

I'm gonna go try them both tomorrow, but in the mean time I was wondering what more knowledgeable people are thinking about those two bikes.
