just got back Saturday from 5 days in Paris. Best city in the world. The Vélib' (the free bikes) are absolutely brilliant.

Got back from La Rochelle, Saintes, and Pons about three weeks ago, spent one day in Poitiers. I miss it dearly. Thank you Bruce for posting your Year in France series! I can't wait to see your Tour photos.
