I have the opportunity to pick it up for $120. I am in need of a new frame. I just wanted to know some info about it.

I guess I'll state the obvious... Ever consider contacting Litespeed? They made some Ti/carbon frames for a short period of time, didn't know they made any aluminum/carbon frames.

FWIW, one of my group's riders has some kind of stupid miles (25,000?) on her Ti/carbon frame Litespeed.
