Bianchi Giro Second hand cost

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Bianchi Giro Second hand cost

Hello,
I am buying a second hand bike. Please advice me if the USD 1150 price is reasonable.

These are the components:
Bianchi Giro frame (2004 model)
Ultegra LS components
carbon fork, seat stay, seat post and handle.
cateye wireless speedometer
No pedals

The bike is 7 months old and has 750 km on it. I thought it was a good price. But the frame model is 2004, so I would like you opinion.

Thank you
Darwin

i dont think it's worth it.

thats a 5 year old $1500 bike. I wouldn't pay more than 800 for it personally.

Ditto. There are bikes with the same features that can be purchased new for close to that.

Agreed. You can find newer, full carbon, full ultegra for less than that.
