Which GPS route creator can add turn symbols?
I simply can't remember which program or online mapping website had the ability to add turn arrow symbols to the .crs course for my Garmin 305. You could tell it to add a turn arrow symbol to places where the route line made a XX angle (enter the angle you wanted). I have a few courses in Training Center where I did this last year, but now just can't remember where I did it.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Well I found it after months of wondering where it was - my own question prompted me to hunt around and I found a small program buried in a folder called GpxtoCrs.exe
Normally I don't even deal with GPX files anymore as everything can now save directly to Crs. However this program has the ability to create the turn arrow symbols at a specified angle, plus summit and valley markers after ascending/descending a specified amount of feet. You can put in these turn markers (or other symbols) manually with Training Center, but this just does it automatically for you for the entire route.
Edit: with the comments on GPXtoCRS doing the turns poorly, I just mapped this weekends century and I think you're right - it added lots of unnecessary turn markers not remotely close to the 60 degrees I set. I uploaded a route to bikeroutetoaster and only could add manually - but yes you're right when creating a route it does add turn markers (only they are just pin symbols with direction text, not a turn symbol). Thank You everyone.

BikeRouteToaster does it.
GPX2CRS does it as well but the turns are usually wrong.

I believe with bike route toaster it has to be a route you map on their site. Uploaded routes do not add but you can add way points manually.
GPX2CRS had issues when I tried it.
